As a music festival coordinator, I too feel the tension between the artistic side and the public mission, and the financial stability of the organization. Being on the &quot;business&quot; side, I feel I am constantly reeling people in when it comes to money for choosing artists for the festival. Of course, I have to learn to work with others to not get too carried away on my end either.</description>
